Perfect relax vacation on the budget side. Awesome beach and pool.

The beach and the pool. Also the value, price was nice.

Not an option for all day eating or a snack. Also, not clear about needing to rent a towel.

Staff need more training how to approach or talk to customers

Room was clean,bed comfortable

Staff were rude and not welcoming except reception people were nice and friendly(the evening staff not the morning) No one says hello or welcome or ask you even if you need something or where to sit especially at the restaurant,very poor service I won’t recommend it at all

Not worth money for staying

Location and some personal.

Rooms are dirty and need renovation. We payed for all inclusive. When we arrived the receptionis said that we got only softs. It's ok. But later we got several drinks for free. After that we payed for the drinks , but waiter just put money to his pocket. We got wine not freshed, it was with bubbles and not good tastes. Personal changed it couple times, but was the same. I strongly do not reccommend this place. There are more better place to stay in Djerba.

The staff, the cleaning, the room and the location!

The food! Very bad chefs. The meat was always not well done. The dishes have no taste at all. Every day one and the same. No varayty.

Nice hotel with nice animations n very kind staff

This resort is treasure ,spacious property with big outdoor pool, the suits are huge an comfortable.if u need to relax it’s the perfect place. The beach is near. There are a variety of restaurants, the breakfast was so varied

ok, expected more.

nice location and nice beach. the staff were also friendly

A lot of equipments we’re not for free to use, like the hairdryer and a beach towel you need to rent for a high fee. the wifi is only available in the reception area and does not reach the rooms . we needed to pay a high amount of tax, for a 2 night stay we payed 150€ as extra city tax and service fee which I think is s lot !

« Très belle découverte !! »

- la plage: exceptionnelle !! - la restauration: plus que bonne et variée, avec les spécialités locales. - les équipes: accueil, service, groom (si Abdelaziz !), restaurant, animation. - localisation: entre Houmt Souk et Midoun (pas plus de 8 dn en taxi pour aller au centre de Houmt Souk). - la séance de massage.

- la salle de bain (bungalow): mérite un vrai rafraîchissement, son état actuel peut déranger certains clients (vétusté et plomberie). Cela ne remet pas en cause le superbe séjour passé dans cet hôtel.
