The staff, the cleaning, the room and the location!
The food! Very bad chefs. The meat was always not well done. The dishes have no taste at all. Every day one and the same. No varayty.

Staff need more training how to approach or talk to customers
Room was clean,bed comfortable
Staff were rude and not welcoming except reception people were nice and friendly(the evening staff not the morning) No one says hello or welcome or ask you even if you need something or where to sit especially at the restaurant,very poor service I won’t recommend it at all

This resort is treasure ,spacious property with big outdoor pool, the suits are huge an comfortable.if u need to relax it’s the perfect place. The beach is near. There are a variety of restaurants, the breakfast was so varied

Perfect relax vacation on the budget side. Awesome beach and pool.
The beach and the pool. Also the value, price was nice.
Not an option for all day eating or a snack. Also, not clear about needing to rent a towel.
